Biography

I’m a REBT therapist/counselor committed to helping young adults and adults to be a pilot of their own lives. Despite my specialization, I prefer taking an eclectic and collaborative approach to ensure catering to client needs and goals. My areas of expertise are anxiety, depression and mood management, self esteem/confidence, motivational, body image challenges and eating disorders, life skills development, substance use/abuse, adjustment challenges, Trauma (on going certification) Personally, I am a avid reader and can be extremely meticulous at times. Simultaneously, I can also be laidback. I believe in acceptance and effective management of both positive and non positive behavioral traits.
